Arrest over Norwich man who died after row with cyclist

A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a pedestrian who died after an argument with a cyclist on a Norfolk street.
William Phillips, 34, was found dead by his mother at his home in Derby Street, Norwich, on 20 July.
Police said Mr Phillips had fallen to the floor outside a GP surgery in Oak Street, Norwich, on 18 July after an "altercation" with a cyclist.
The 22-year-old arrested Norwich man was released on police bail.
Norfolk Police would not confirm what the man had been arrested on suspicion of.
Initial post-mortem tests were inconclusive, the force said.
Mr Phillips was treated at the doctors' surgery and in hospital following the incident.
