Three arrests over 'decomposed' body find in Huyton

Three people were arrested after a man's partially decomposed body was discovered at a house in Merseyside.

A woman in her 20s, another in her 50s and a man in his 50s were arrested on suspicion of concealment of a body and preventing a lawful burial.

All three have been questioned and bailed pending further enquiries.

The emergency services were called to a house in Reeds Road, Huyton, at 17:40 BST on Friday and found the remains of a man in his 20s.

A post-mortem examination was inconclusive, said Merseyside Police.
