Man on murder charge over stabbing in Walton, Liverpool

A man has been charged with murder following the stabbing of a 37-year-old man in Liverpool.

Lee James Hoyle was found with stab wounds to his torso and neck at a property on Dunluce Street, Walton at 02:15 BST on Wednesday.

A post mortem examination revealed he died of multiple stab wounds.

James Hoyle, 38, of Dunluce Street, Walton has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Friday.
