Liverpool woman admits mother-to-be attack

A woman who stabbed a pregnant woman outside a school has admitted wounding and attempting to destroy a child.

Andrea Dean, 39, of Stoneycroft, Liverpool, will be sentenced at a later date with her husband Christopher, 39, who admitted assisting an offender.

The victim, 28, was wounded outside Lister Junior School, Stoneycroft, on 8 November. Police said she was not a staff member.

She was discharged from hospital. Her baby was unharmed.

Christopher Dean also admitted perverting the course of justice.
