Liverpool shooting: Mother and son bailed

A mother and her son have been bailed by police after gunshots were fired at a Liverpool home.

The 38-year-old and her 17-year-old son were arrested on Friday after officers found a loaded shotgun and handgun ammunition at a home in Norris Green.

Police searched the home after investigating Monday night's shooting in Haselbeech Crescent where a gunman on a motorbike shot at a house window.

A man, 19, arrested in connection with the shooting has since been released.
