Three in court for murder over Paul Morson disappearance
Police have found no evidence Paul Morson has been in contact with friends, family or acquaintances
Three men accused of the murder of a St Helens man who disappeared 10 months ago have been remanded in custody.
Paul John Morson, 31, was last seen in Huyton on 11 June.
Jay Brierly, 59, from Whiston, Scott Callaghan, 33, from Anfield, and John Burns, 33, from Huyton, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Their next appearance will be on 13 July at Liverpool Crown Court with a provisional trial date set for October.
Mr Callaghan has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
Merseyside Police said Mr Morson's disappearance was out of character and, despite extensive inquiries, he had not been traced.
Officers have found no evidence he has been in contact with friends, family or acquaintances.
