Wirral surgery rent row patient files retrieved

Help

Patient files which were locked in a Wirral doctors' surgery after a row over rent have been retrieved by the NHS.

NHS Wirral has reached an agreement with the landlord Wayne Roberts to access Sandstone Medical Centre in West Kirby, which he closed on Monday.

Mr Roberts said he had no issue with the patients and the matter was just a landlord-tenant dispute.

The surgery reopens in new premises on Grange Road, West Kirby, on Monday.
