Man from Manchester in court charged with raping girl, 3

A 34-year-old man has appeared in court charged with raping a three-year-old girl.

Jeremy Oketch, of Alexandra Road South, Manchester, was charged with five counts of rape and three of producing indecent images of a child.

He was arrested after officers found a hard drive containing images of a child.

He was remanded by Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court to appear at Manchester Crown Court on 4 August.
