Ten-year-old boy found after two days missing in Manchester

A 10-year-old boy has been found after going missing for two days in Manchester, police said.

Shaequan Farquarson sparked a police search when he disappeared after being last seen at about 08:00 GMT in Withington on Wednesday.

He was discovered earlier at a friend's house in the Withington area. Police said he was safe and well.

A force spokesman said he was found as a direct result of their public appeal and thanked those involved.
