A man who died after being found unconscious in a house in Greater Manchester has been identified.

Damien Ball, 29, was taken to hospital on Sunday night after police were called to a reported disturbance in Pembury Close, Poundswick, Wythenshawe.

Mr Ball, from Wythenshawe, later died. A post-mortem examination proved inconclusive, with further toxicology tests due to be carried out.

A 27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed until April.
