Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a man died from serious head injuries in Greater Manchester.

Norman Sheldon, 47, was found unconscious at a property in Wheler Street, Openshaw, on 19 November.

The father-of-two died in hospital five days later.

A man, 35, and woman, 28, were arrested on suspicion of murder and two men, aged 25 and 26, were held on suspicion of assault.

They have been bailed until 5 March pending further enquiries.

Det Ch Insp Steve Keeley, of Greater Manchester Police, said: "Norman's family are understandably still grieving at the loss of their loved one and want answers as to what happened and what led to his death.

"The image we have released is very clear and I would ask anyone who recognises this man to contact us as soon as possible as we are keen to speak to him.

"I would also directly appeal to the man himself to come forward as he may hold vital information as to what happened."

Officers renewed their appealed for information.
