Family tribute to Stretford man killed in car crash

John Hodson John Hodson's parents said he will always be in their hearts

The family of a Greater Manchester man killed when the car he was a passenger in crashed into a tree said they were devastated by his death.

John Hodson, 27, from Stretford was travelling in a Vauxhall Corsa on Chassen Road, Flixton at about 23:00 BST on Saturday.

His parents Gary Skelhorn and Jean Hodson said: "You will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten."

The driver of the car is still in hospital with chest injuries.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the crash or who witnessed the car before the accident to contact them.
