A man has appeared before magistrates in Wigan charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man at a party.
Daniel Walker, 23, of Devon Road, Tyldesley, is accused of stabbing Stuart Smith to death.
Mr Smith was found with serious knife wounds on 7 May in Rutland Road, Tyldesley and died later in hospital.
Mr Walker is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon. He was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 11 May.
