Man charged with Wandsworth stabbing murder

A man has been charged with murder following a stabbing in south-west London.

Nicholas Stewart, 25, was attacked in St John's Drive, Wandsworth at about 20:50 BST on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination found he died from stab wounds to the leg and chest, police said.

The 24-year-old man charged with murder appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Saturday. He has been remanded in custody.
