London Mayor meets bidders for airport expansion plans

Mayor Boris Johnson says he wants any plan for airport expansion to include regeneration to cope with London's population increase.

He made the comments at an event which featured those who are behind all of the short-listed airport expansion plans.

The government's aviation commission is currently looking into the future of the country's airports.

BBC London's transport correspondent Tom Edwards spoke to Andrew McMillan from Heathrow Airport, David McMillan from Gatwick Airport, Captain Jock Lowe from Heathrow Hub, London Mayor Boris Johnson and the head of Airports Commission Sir Howard Davies.
