16 May 2014 Last updated at 22:23 BST

A London shopkeeper has received a letter of apology from a man who robbed him at knifepoint.

Eamon McCluskey, who owns McCluskey's in Wimbledon, said he hoped the robber's words "had come from the heart".

The robber is now in prison after admitting a string of raids across Merton and Wandsworth.

BBC London's Helen Drew spoke to Mr McCluskey.
