Martin Thomas death: Boy, 13, held on suspicion on murder

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed to death in south-west London.

Martin Thomas, 39, was found at an address in Huntingfield Road, Roehampton, on 22 April. He died from a stab wound that punctured his lung.

The teenager was arrested on Friday evening and is being questioned by police.

A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was earlier charged with murder.

He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 4 August for a plea and case management hearing.

Two other teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were arrested in connection with the investigation and released on bail pending further enquiries.
