Tower Hamlets councillor apologises for Mosley remark

East London Tower Hamlets independent councillor Alibor Choudhury has apologised after he likened some of his political opponents to Oswald Mosley's 1930's Fascist party.

The comment was made at a council meeting which was supposed to be about the council's budget.
