Sabrina Moss shooting: Two more charged over death

Two men have been charged over the death of a nursery worker shot dead as she celebrated her 24th birthday in Kilburn, north-west London, last year.

Sabrina Moss, who had a four-year-old son, was killed in Kilburn High Road.

Yassin James, 19, of Chaplain Road, Wembley, has been charged with her murder.

Simon Baptiste, 29, of Rondu Road, Cricklewood, has been charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

Mr James is also charged with the attempted murder of Sabrina Gachette, who was also shot, and the attempted murder of two other unidentified men, along with two counts of possession of a firearm.

The men will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court on Friday.

Two other men have been charged and appeared at the Old Bailey in connection with Ms Moss's death. They have been remanded in custody.

Three men and a woman have been arrested and bailed to return to police for further enquiries this month, said police.
