Met PC Adam Holbrook wins child porn conviction appeal
A Metropolitan Police officer has won an appeal against his conviction for making indecent images of children.
PC Adam Holbrook, 29, based at Waltham Forest in east London, was found guilty in May, of making 16 indecent images of children.
He had denied the charges. The appeal against his conviction was heard at Southwark Crown Court on 6 December, and the appeal was allowed.
The officer "remains suspended pending a disciplinary hearing", the Met said.
