Safety of London's cyclists under the spotlight

18 November 2013 Last updated at 20:36 GMT

After a sixth cyclist was killed on London's roads in two weeks, BBC London asked if HGVs should be banned during the rush hour.

The latest victim in Camberwell was the 14th cyclist to die so far this year and the ninth to be struck by a HGV.

BBC London's Riz Lateef spoke with Leon Daniels from Transport for London and Danny Williams, a cycling blogger who also sits on the Mayor's Roads Task Force.
