A second man has been charged with the murder of a nursery teacher who was killed as she celebrated her 24th birthday.

Sabrina Moss died after being shot in Kilburn High Road, north-west London, in August. Another woman was shot.

Hassan Hussain, 28, from Willesden, has been charged with her murder and is due appear before magistrates later.

Last month, Martell Rico Warren, 22, of Hillingdon, was charged with the same offence.

Both men have also been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm.

Three other men, two aged 19 and one aged 28, arrested on the same day as Mr Hussain, have been bailed until November.
