Mayor wants more money for London transport projects

The Mayor of London has said it would be 'insane' for the government not to spend big on London's transport.

Boris Johnson wants more money for a second Crossrail link in the city as well as upgrades on the tube.

BBC London's political correspondent, Karl Mercer, spoke to Mayor of London Boris Johnson and Transport Secretary, Patrick McLoughlin.
