Met Police detective accused of sexual touching

A Metropolitan Police detective constable has been accused of sexually touching two women while on duty.

Clifford Earl, 56, who is based in Southwark, south London, has been suspended from duty.

An inquiry was carried out by the force's internal standards department, said the Met.

He has been summonsed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 7 March to face three charges.
