New helpline launched for London's rough sleepers
Londoners are being encouraged to call a new helpline to report cases of people sleeping rough on the capital's streets.
The StreetLink service allows concerned members of the public to put homeless people in touch with advice and other support services.
BBC London's Alex Bushill talks to former rough sleepers John and Shaun, Matt Harrison at Homeless Link and housing minister Mark Prisk.
