Legal challenge to London to Birmingham high speed rail
Campaigners have taken their battle against the planned High Speed Rail Link from London to Birmingham to the High Court.
Five groups have claimed that the consultation process was flawed and the project's environmental impact was not properly assessed. The government denies the claims.
