Two more charged with Lewisham fight death

A further two people have been charged with murder after a man died following a fight on a road in south-east London.

Thierry Christian-Gnanakumar, 22, of Catford, was attacked outside a library in Lewisham High Street on 10 November.

The cause of death was given as blunt force trauma to the head and face.

Kaviloan Venayakamoorthy, 23, of Lewisham, and Jius James Vijashinghe, 27, of Blackheath, are due to appear before Bromley magistrates on Saturday.

Jayruban Vivekananthan, 26, of Woolwich, Pirunthan Kunaratatnam, 23, and Kohulan Podiappuhamey, 24, from Catford, south-east London, appeared in court charged with Mr Christian-Gnanakumar's murder last week.

They were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on a date to be confirmed.

Another three men who were arrested in connection with the investigation have been released on bail until dates in December.
