Rise in Heathrow noise complaints
There has been an increase in the number of noise complaints by residents living under the Heathrow flight path.
They rose substantially over the summer, peaking at nearly 1,800 in August this year, compared with 400 in August 2011.
People in Hammersmith say it is all down to an ongoing trial at the airport which allows planes to use both runways at the same time, but the British Aviation Authority (BAA) says noisy flights this summer could be down to unusual wind patterns.
