Racist rant on London train: Woman charged

A woman has been charged after a video apparently showing a passenger racially abusing people on a train in south-east London was posted on YouTube.

Jacqueline Williams, 47, of Slade Green, Bexleyheath, south-east London, is accused of a racially aggravated public order offence.

The incident is believed to have happened between Woolwich Arsenal and Abbey Wood at 15:20 GMT on Tuesday.

British Transport Police arrested Ms Williams after issuing an appeal.
