A teenager has been charged over the murder of 14-year-old who was stabbed as he got off a south London bus.

Kevin Ssali, 14, of Norwood, was attacked on Saturday night when he got off a 202 bus on Burnt Ash Road in Lee.

He suffered multiple stab wounds and died after being taken to hospital. Post-mortem tests gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the heart.

A 17-year-old boy from Lewisham will appear at Bromley Youth Court on Tuesday.

Two 15-year-old boys have been bailed pending further inquiries until a date in October.
