Arsenal's Andre Santos charged with dangerous driving

Andre Santos Andre Santos will appear before magistrates later this month

Arsenal defender Andre Santos has been charged with dangerous driving.

The footballer, from Sao Paulo in Brazil, was arrested on 17 August by police in Mill Hill, north London, for allegedly driving erratically.

On Wednesday, the 29-year-old answered police bail and was charged with dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention.

Mr Santos, of Church Mount, Barnet, north London, will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court on 27 September.
