Luke Fitzpatrick stabbing: Teenager denies murder charge

A teenage boy accused of murdering a 25-year-old man who was stabbed outside a pub in north-west London has pleaded not guilty.

The 17-year-old is the third person charged with the murder of Luke Fitzpatrick outside the Ox and Gate pub in Dollis Hill on 19 May.

At the Old Bailey, he also denied charges of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm and violent disorder.

A trial date has been set for 11 February 2013.

Mr Fitzpatrick died at the scene while a second victim, aged 56, suffered serious injuries.

Christopher Walters, 23, of Lovett Way, Wembley, and a 16-year-old boy from Mill Hill have already been accused of Mr Fitzpatrick's murder, attempted murder and violent disorder.
