Azelle Rodney death: Inquiry releases shooting video
Footage of the moments leading up to the death of a 24-year-old man shot by a firearms officer in 2005 has been released as part of a public inquiry.
The video shows three unmarked police cars following the car Azelle Rodney was travelling in through Mill Hill, north London, in 2005, before it was brought to a halt.
At the public inquiry into his death, police said they believed he was on his way to commit an armed raid.
Mr Rodney's mother, Susan Alexander, has accused the police of "executing" her son.
An inquiry is being held in to Mr Rodney's death because of secret areas of evidence that would have to be withheld from a coroner.
June Kelly reports.
