Toby Young: I had to be diplomatic for free school
The number of free schools in London will increase this month from nine to more than 15, according to the Department for Education.
BBC London's Robin Punt asks journalist Toby Young about his experience setting up the semi-independent state-funded West London Free School in Hammersmith.
