Notting Hill Carnival: Street party gets under way

The Notting Hill Carnival has begun, with hundreds of youngsters involved in children's day, the traditional start of the festival.

Greg Mckenzie spoke to Metropolitan Police commander Christine Jones and Carnival Trust director Vicent John.
