Selling valuable council houses 'would harm communities'
London's councils should sell off their most expensive homes and reinvest the money in building cheaper social accommodation, according to the think-tank Policy Exchange.
There is an urgent need for more social housing in London as council tenant Moussa Kadri attests.
He has been waiting for a bigger council flat for seven years.
