Two remanded on Carole Waugh murder charge
Miss Waugh once worked for an oil company in Libya
Two men accused of murdering Carole Waugh were remanded in custody when they appeared at the Old Bailey.
Miss Waugh's body was found in a garage in New Malden, south-west London, on 2 August after the 50-year-old was reported missing in May.
No bail application was made for Rakesh Bhayani, 40, of Wembley, and Nicholas Kutner, 47, of no fixed address.
They were remanded until 22 November when they will appear at the court for a plea and case management hearing.
Mr Bhayani and Mr Kutner have previously been charged with fraud offences linked to Miss Waugh's disappearance.
The 50-year-old, originally from Durham, had worked for an oil company in Libya and lived at Tressard Court in Marylebone, central London.
She was reported missing by her family who had last spoken to her on 16 April.
