Roadworks halted as Olympic lanes in London are marked

Roadworks have been suspended on London's main roads in preparation for the Olympics.

Work to paint markings indicating the Olympic-dedicated lanes have begun and traffic lights are being adjusted.

Transport for London also renewed a push to try to get commuters to think about their travel plans for the Games period.

BBC London's Katharine Carpenter spoke to taxi driver Shelley Vincent, Olympic Silver medallist Iwan Thomas and some commuters.
