London mayor election: Jenny Jones sets out Green vision

London mayoral contender Jenny Jones says Green policies are so simple many of the candidates have copied them.

She is the only candidate who wants to increase the congestion charge, eventually replacing it with a pay-as-you-drive road pricing scheme.

She says she would reduce fares, keep fare rises below inflation and get more police on to the streets.
