Kensington Palace ready to reopen

Kensington Palace has been getting ready to open its doors to the public after £12m of renovations which have taken about two years to complete.

Some of the private rooms in the palace will be opened to the public for the first time following the revamp.

A new 10 acre garden created to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee will also be opened.
