London's mayoral candidates go head to head

Help

The mayor and the former mayor have gone head to head for the first time since they battled for control of City Hall in 2008.

Boris Johnson shared a platform with his main candidate, Ken Livingstone, along with the Liberal Democrat Brian Paddick.

They outlined their policies on key election issues such as transport, housing and crime to an audience of elderly Londoners.
