London Assembly nods through mayor's £14bn budget

Boris Johnson's budget of £14bn has been passed by the London Assembly.

The mayor says it will allow him to invest while also delivering low council tax.

He has been condemned by opponents for increasing fares on public transport and there are claims that he has received handouts from the government.
