'Novelty wears off' for Boris Johnson's bike hire scheme

A leaked Transport for London report shows satisfaction levels with the mayor's bike hire scheme could be falling.

It has emerged that many docking stations spend eight hours a day with no bikes in them.

And in the report, Transport for London said the "novelty has worn off" for users.

City Hall said progress was being made in improving the redistribution of the bikes and since the report satisfaction had gone back up.
