New ward for dementia patients in King's College Hospital
A new hospital ward custom-built for dementia patients has been opened in south-east London.
The ward, in King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, features colour-coded rooms to help residents work out where they are.
There are currently 69,000 dementia sufferers in London, but that is expected to rise to 80,000 in the next decade.
