Three more men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after an east London teenager was fatally stabbed in the neck.

Danny O'Shea, 18, was stabbed to death after fleeing a gang of youths close to his home in Canning Town on 2 December.

Police said three men, two aged 29 and one aged 22, were all arrested at an address in the Isleworth area of west London on Thursday.

Three men, aged 43, 32 and 31, have all previously been arrested and bailed.

Officers are keen to trace the occupants of a white Ford Transit with red and blue lettering on it and the words "self-drive hire".

The vehicle was in the area of Butchers Road between 15:00 GMT and 18:00 GMT last Friday.

Det Ch Insp Larry Smith said: "We know there were people in the area at the time of Danny's murder and we would urge those people to come forward and help solve this crime."
