Charles Dickens: theatre-lover, showman and performer
A major new exhibition at the Museum of London focusing on the life and work of Charles Dickens launches a year of celebrations in the capital marking 200 years since the novelist's birth.
The BBC's Matthew Morris talks to Alex Werner of the Museum of London, and actor Simon Callow, to explore another aspect of Dickens' character - the showman and accomplished performer whose public readings were the rock concerts of their age.
