Landmark Swiss clock returns to Leicester Square


The sound of the glockenspiel returned to Leicester Square on Monday three years after it was removed for rebuilding.

The clock, which was originally given to London in 1985 by Switzerland and Liechtenstein as a token of centuries of friendship, was taken away when the Swiss Centre was redeveloped.
