Media 'inaccuracies' undermining Duggan inquiry

Help

The police watchdog has warned that the investigation into the fatal shooting of Mark Duggan is being undermined by "irresponsible inaccuracies" in the media.

The chair of the Independent Police Complaints Commission, Len Jackson, has taken the unusual step of commenting on speculation while the investigation is under way.

Mr Duggan was shot dead by police in Tottenham, north London, in August.
