Has London's cycling revolution run out of steam?
There are claims that London's cycling revolution has run out of steam.
Thousands more people have taken to two wheels over the past few years thanks, in part, to the Mayor's bike hire scheme and the cycling superhighways.
But now Greens on the London Assembly say that City Hall has underspent its cycling budget by £80m and "has run out of ideas".
