Drug driver victim's family demand law change

Help

The parents of 14-year-old Lillian Groves are demanding a change in the law after their daughter was killed by a driver who admitted taking drugs before the accident.

The Groves family, from New Addington in Croydon, wants the police to carry drug testing kits to check drivers immediately after an accident, instead of several hours later.
